Renew Kings Ltd – Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

1. Policy Statement

Renew Kings Ltd is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking within its business operations and supply chains.
We fully support the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery, servitude, forced labour, or human trafficking.

As a company operating within the UK and EU in the technology refurbishment and sustainability sector, we recognise our responsibility to ensure that our operations, and those of our suppliers and partners, are free from such practices.

2. Our Business and Structure

Renew Kings Ltd is a UK-based organisation specialising in mobile device restoration, repair, and refurbishment services. We work with a range of partners and suppliers across the UK and Europe to deliver high-quality, sustainable refurbishment solutions that extend the lifecycle of technology products.

Our operations include facilities in both the United Kingdom and Germany, with a controlled and audited supply chain that supports our service delivery.

3. Our Commitment

Renew Kings is committed to:

  • Conducting all business with integrity, transparency, and accountability.

  • Implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery within our own operations and our supply chains.

  • Ensuring all employees, contractors, and suppliers are aware of our zero-tolerance approach.

  • Building long-term relationships with trusted suppliers who share our ethical values.

4. Due Diligence and Risk Management

To identify and mitigate the risks of modern slavery, we:

  • Conduct due diligence on all key suppliers and service providers prior to engagement.

  • Require suppliers to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (or equivalent local legislation for EU-based partners).

  • Monitor supply chain relationships on an ongoing basis and review risk levels annually.

  • Include contractual clauses that require adherence to anti-slavery principles and allow for termination in the event of non-compliance.

Where we identify higher-risk suppliers (e.g. those using subcontracted labour or operating in higher-risk regions), additional verification measures are implemented.

5. Employee Awareness and Training

Renew Kings provides awareness training to employees to ensure understanding of:

  • The principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

  • How to identify potential signs of modern slavery.

  • How to report any concerns confidentially.

All new employees are briefed on this policy as part of their induction process.

6. Reporting Concerns

Renew Kings encourages all employees, contractors, and business partners to report any suspicions of modern slavery or unethical behaviour.
Reports can be made confidentially to senior management or via our whistleblowing procedure.

All reports will be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate action will be taken.

7. Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuously reviewing and improving our practices to combat modern slavery. This includes:

  • Reviewing this policy annually.

  • Auditing supplier compliance.

  • Updating our due diligence and training processes in line with best practice and legislative developments.

  •

8. Responsibility for this Policy

Overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy rests with the Board of Directors of Renew Kings Ltd.
Day-to-day implementation is managed by senior management, who ensure the policy is effectively communicated and enforced across all areas of the business.
